Dot NET - Out Of Memory Exception - Bit Defender

Question

Hi.
I am posting the following issue on this forum to see if anyone else is experiencing a similar problem, and hopefully could make some suggestions.
The problem I believe is related to a non-Microsoft security product called Bit Defender.
I have not been able to get any resolutions so far, and the problem seems to only be affecting programs written using the Dot NET Framework, so hence the reason to see if can get suggestions here.
I currently don't have much technical information to offer, but willing to gather and post here if needed.
Essentially, since 16th December 2021, I have had multiple reports of applications failing with Out Of Memory Exception errors.
All incidence of the problem are with systems running Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server, and also running Bit Defender security software.
The timing seems to coincide with an update deployed to Bit Defender around 16th December 2021.

Interestingly there seems to be multiple reports of Dot NET applications having similar issues in the same time frame with systems also running the Bit Defender software.
Hoping to see if I may find some suggestions here, as I am not having much luck with solutions on the mentioned forum, or with Bit Defender support.
