I researched on the Internet and I found a related guide. Would you mind following the link to check whether the issue will be resolved or not? Note that the link is not from MS, just for your reference.
In addition, the case is more related with Windows. So I added a windows-10-general topic. Hope the guys who work in windows team will review the case and give some useful suggestions.
