Cannot put password

Hello,
I purchased several Microsoft Office 365 licenses. I have uploaded to couples of computers. Now, I shared one of the licenses with somebody else. He was able to upload Microsoft Office 365 to his laptop using my account and password but when he signed in to Word, it would not let him put the password. What should I do? Thank you.
