Hello. I can't find up-to-date information for counters and their analysis in Exchange 2019.
Here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/exchange-2013-performance-counters-exchange-2013-help I don't find the same counters.
Is there any current information ?
One more question. I have a Russian version and some of my counters look like question marks. How can I get them through Powershell?

Based on my research, there's no new documents for Exchange 2019 performance. However, it is mentioned in the official document that "Exchange 2016 and Exchange 2019 continue the features that were introduced in Exchange 2013 to help you manage server health and performance". So you can check documents provided in Exchange 2013 for Exchange 2019 server health and performance.
