Unable to Have NGINX Reverse Proxy Seen outside Docker

Question

I have successfully installed and run NGINX reverse proxy in a docker container, using their image, in Azure. I cannot get the ports to be seen outside the Azure environment. I have tried opening the ghost port, but I cannot access it with the IP and port number.

Also, I cannot get the NGINX container to diver my website using the proxy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
