Computer keeps BlueScreening randomly Windows 11

I recently got a new motherboard to fix my issue with my prior screen freezing issue-- this issue was completely fixed. Currently, I randomly get BlueScreens and when I check Reliability History I keep getting this same message...

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff8016ce10335, 0xfffffe0a31dfe100, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: a5c1f52d-becc-4c0a-bf13-00ed614484e2."

as well, during the BlueScreen, it says this on the screen...

"...Stop Code: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
What Failed: NETIO.SYS"

I've seen other questions posted on this forum describing similar issues but different codes.

My system is running on Windows 11, I have done multiple full scans using Kaspersky Internet Security which have not found any viruses, I have run the CHKSDK and the SFC command multiple times which has not found any issues, and I don't know what else to do.

If any more information is required to help me I will be glad to oblige.

The RAM module part numbers were posted.

They are different from one another.

The RAM modules are running at different speeds and should be running at the same speed.

Please check the Gigabyte website for parts displayed on the QVL.

Indicate whether they are or are not on the QVL.

If you clean install and remove RAM modules that are not on the QVL the computer should no longer have unexpected shutdowns or restarts unless there is a hardware problem.

So that's a great starting point.

    To clean install:

    a) find a flash drive that you can format (> or = 8 GB)

    b) create a bootable Windows 11 iso:
    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-create-bootable-usb-flash-drive-install-windows-10-a.html
    https://www.elevenforum.com/t/download-official-windows-11-iso-file-from-microsoft.1009/
    https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

    c) boot to the iso and delete all partitions
allow the iso to create the new partitions

    d) install drivers only from the ASUS and component manufacturer websites
(do not use any third party software to install drivers)
(third party software can be used to check the status of drivers)
(Nvidia drivers can be installed directly form the Nvidia website)

Once you've clean installed Windows 11 and installed ASUS drivers (no ASUS software) make free backup images.
Save the backup images to another disk drive or the cloud.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/61026-backup-restore-macrium-reflect.html
    https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree

Once you've got backup images you can install any software.
If there are problems you can then restore the image and decide whether to reinstall any software.
It saves a lot of time while troubleshooting.

That appears to be an access violation and netio.sys is the networking subsystem. So off the top of my head I'd say there is a problem with the network adapter or driver. Standard BSOD processing applies here:

    1. Verify you have the correct network drivers installed.
    2. Verify the network drivers are up to date. In general if the network adapter is on the motherboard then the MB provider has the drivers.
    3. If possible use a different network adapter for a while to see if the problem persists (e.g. use the wifi adapter if you normally use physical and vice versa)
    4. Run System File Checker to verify everything is up to date.

If you got a new MB by RMA'ing your old MB then note that often they send you a RMA'ed MB that they fixed the problem of. Therefore it is possible your new MB is bad as well. However if you literally bought a new MB then this is less likely.

Also note that since you mentioned you were previously having a freezing issue note that it might not be the MB at all (even before). Perhaps the issue is with a shared component like bad memory. You should probably test the other components as well.

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) Uninstall Kaspersky software using the applicable uninstall tool:
    https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/1464
    https://support.kaspersky.com/common/uninstall/12783

    2) Connect the computer to the internet using Ethernet
Turn off wireless (hardware off if available)
    Uninstall and reinstall:

    3) Identify the software related to gnf.sys then uninstall or uninstall and reinstall the software
If you cannot identify the software then search for gnf.sys and change to gnf.old.sys

    4) Identify the ASUS software related to ArmourySocketServer.exe
If it is not used then uninstall this software.

    5) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    chkdsk /r /v

Run this command on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: or chkdsk /r /v E:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /r /v C:
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y

Plan to run the chkdsk switches on the windows drive overnight.

The logs displayed multiple BSOD starting November 2021.

At one time Windows Driver Verifier (WDV) was used.

The log collector only collected two of the BSOD.

There were multiple BSOD that did not create dump files and there were dump files that were no longer available to collect.

For the two BSOD that created mini dump files and were collected the debugging displayed three misbehaving drivers in each crash.

These crashes were dated 12/30 and 01/01.

At that time Kaspersky (klwtp), Intel Wifi, and gnf drivers were seen in the crashes.

Two weeks have passed without collecting new dump files.

There were many Armory application crashes.

If it is needed it's best to uninstall and reinstall the software.

    The RAM modules are mismatched.
When were each of the RAM modules installed?

    Please perform the following steps:

    1) For all drivers use only the motherboard or component manufacturer websites

    2) Indicate whether this is the website for the motherboard version: ROG STRIX B560-A GAMING WIFI (if there is a better webpage please post a new link)
    https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-b560-a-gaming-wifi-model/helpdesk_download

    3) The currently installed BIOS was not seen on the website:
    BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 1017, 7/12/2021
Please upgrade the BIOS to the most up to date non-beta BIOS

    4) Run this script from the earlier post and post a share link into this thread:
    https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/bsod-crashes-debugging/346094d1631611972-post-problem-reports-here-batch-files-use-bsod-debugging-collect_logs_from_event_viewer-2021-09-14.bat

    5) Create a brand new restore point:
    https://www.elevenforum.com/t/create-system-restore-point-in-windows-11.3602/

    6) Read these links on Windows Driver Verifier (WDV):
    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5470-enable-disable-driver-verifier-windows-10-a.html
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/driver-verifier-tracking-down-a-mis-behaving/f5cb4faf-556b-4b6d-95b3-c48669e4c983

Make sure that you understand how to use the commands to turn off the tool: verifier /reset and verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

    7) Uninstall and reinstall the Armory software

    8) For the Intel Wifi driver > download the replacement driver to the desktop > disconnect Ethernet and Wifi > uninstall and reinstall the applicable driver

    9) WDV can be started once you have made a new restore point and understand the methods to turn off the tool

If there is no immediate BSOD post a share link for the results of this administrative command prompt command:

    verifier /querysettings

Plan to run WDV for 48 hours with various customized settings. And then for an additional 36 hours after the last BSOD.
