@Anton A. Tatarkin Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, did you mean that you only want to use Microsoft Edge Browser in your Android device? If there is anything misunderstanding, please correct me.

For this issue, there is no method to set "Stay in Microsoft Edge" via intune. However, we can use the app protection policy to make some content opened by Edge. We can select "Microsoft Edge" in Restrict web content transfer with other apps in the app protection policy and add Edge and any other apps as protected apps, when we open some web links in these protected apps, it will be opened by Edge.

However, if the apps are not added in the app protection policy, it will not be opened by Edge.

    Thanks for your understanding.

Thanks for your reply and recommendation,
but the thing is that we already has an app protection policy created and assigned via Intune to enforce Edge for internal apps and links within a protected scope of apps, but it works in a not stable way, we are experiencing issues - SSO website not starting quite often in Edge, so it does not open the links with sso from outlook mail, foe example. We tested on many devices and occasionally enabled this setting "Stay in Microsoft Edge" for external apps. It resolved the problem. So this workaround is ok for us, but we need to know how we can enforce this setting for every device/user in our environment.

Do you know if there are any plans to add an option to configure this setting via intune or any other kind of policies?
