Update to win 11

Question

I want to upgrade to Win 11. Recieve a notice awhile back that I was eligible. Now updates tell me to update to win 2004 to fix win update box but I don't think that is available now. Mt PC is eligible to accept win 11. What now?

Before upgrading to Windows 11 you should read The List of features removed in Windows 11

And you should also check your computer using the health check tool:

If you can't directly update to Windows 11 with Windows Update, use the Windows 11 Update Assistant:

To download & use this tool, you need to expand the "Before you begin" thing under "Windows 11 Installation Assistant" and read it, then click the "Download Now" button, then launch the EXE file and you will be guided to install Windows 11.

You can directly upgrade to Windows 11 using the practical steps below:

Step 1: Access the link above and select the Windows 11 Installation Assistant option, an application will be downloaded in which you must install on your computer.

Step 2: when installing you must open the application and the download, verification and installation of the recent version will start.

Step 3: After that you will be asked to restart the device to complete the update, after a few minutes you will have the latest version.
