My apologizes for the delayed response. I am posting my answer in case if someone will come around your question while troubleshooting the similar problem in the future.
Resolution:
If your account became blocked in the Azure AD, you need to contact your AAD Admin and ask to unblock you. To unblock the user, admin should complete the following steps:
- Go to Azure Active Directory > Security > Multifactor authentication > Block/unblock users.
- In the Action column next to the user, select Unblock.
- Enter a comment in the Reason for unblocking box.
- Select OK to unblock the user.
