Hello everyone. I've attended for an Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: DevOps with GitHub. Do I get free Microsoft Certification exam AZ-400 after 2nd day of event?

Do I need to have work or school email address to link my account and when we can use discount(because after event I tried to use discount for the exam but it was only written "no discount available" )?
