BZ pipeliness

Question

I'm looking for someone who can meet the following criteria:
A file is stored in MQ with a unique store name and GUID. MET OA 3638, ADG OA 873, ESC OA 73463, and so on are some examples.
The user expects the filename to be the same as what they sent from their end. How might this pipeline be made to fit your needs? Please, assist me.
