Azure VPN Gateway connection lost

We use Azure VM's for a month now with success. We have also a VPN connection from our local network to the Azure VPN Gateway 10 days ago.
The detail of VPN gateway information is VpnGw1 Generation1 / Point to Site /Japan east / connect from china
Today the VPN connection is lost and we can't find out what is happened.
There is nothing changed in our firewall or network configuration but the Azure VPN connection still says "Connecting". It seems that the connection is rejected from Azure.
I attempted to recreated the VPN gateway but use the old public IP address , the problem could not be resolved.
I attempted to recreated the VPN gateway with create new public IP address , is OK now.
After 10 days the problem will be happen once again. Who can help me. What is the reason ?

I understand that you are having issues with your Azure VPN Gateway connection being lost every 10 days unless you change the Public IP and then it comes back again. Can you provide us with the client logs for the VPN client connection when this issues happens? Here is how to get them.
