Hello,

In our Bookings app we have a problem with one of our members.
He is assigned to a service with his outlook calander.

He was given the role as team member.
External clients where making appointments and he was able to change them, make appointments himself,...
However when we changed the role to admin he kept getting error messages. Now he cannot make any bookings or changes on the platform.
We changed the role back to team member with no result.

Is there a solution to this problem? What would be the cause for this?
He cannot make appointments or change existing scheduled appointments with clients.
