Dear all,

I'm autolabeling with AIP Scanner a folder where the files contain infotype (applying Internal for files not classified and conf./strict conf. for who have infotypes) but I found this error in the log after the scan (Enforce mode is on)

  • No label or action to apply (as Stus i see Success but label is not applied)
  • OpenFile failed, message: 'XMPFiles: No smart file handler available to handle file'
  • An inactive label was specified

XMPFiles happen on all ".jpg" files and the others files are .doc and .pdf

    Hello,
I'm having the same problem, did you find a solution?
I configured the AIP scanner. I enabled the autosuggest option on a tag and assigned it to a policy. I defined the account I use for the AIP scanner to the same policy. However, when I examine the output, it shows as "No label or action to apply".
I expect it to change in the ones labeled "General" because I have re-labeling turned on on the Azure side. Scanner does not work as expected.

Anyone with an idea, please help.
