Can we delete the Azure account permanently?

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Platform .

To answer your question , Once an Azure subscription is disabled/canceled the account will still exist for some time in archived mode so that it can be reactivated if required .
This is by design, to help if anyone needs to reactive the account or canceled the subscription by mistake .

After few days this archived account will be completely deleted .
