Teams Direct Routing Hybrid Calls

Hello,

I have a problem with Teams outgoing calls and direct routing. As not all of our users are using Teams as Softphone - they use normal phones - but all of them have a Teams Account, the calls are only available in Teams. Let me give an example:

User A: Using Teams as Softphone - direct routing - phonenumber 1

User B: Using a nomal phone (but Teams account is available) - no direct routing - phonenumber 2

If User B calls user A, everything is fine, Teams rings.

If User A calls user B, only Teams rings, but not the phone!

How can I route the calls to our SBC?

(The phone number was dialed, it was not a Teams call, but it became one.)

    Hi @Lukas Babinger

Are these two users in the same organization?

Do you mean you want user A(Teams call) call to user B's normal phones?

Is the user B's phone number from Microsoft or from third-party carrier?

If you want to send a call to a user's mobile and desk phones at the same time, you can configure call endpoints to both Teams and to a third-party Private Branch Exchange (PBX) or Session Border Controller (SBC).It needs configure direct routing. For more details about its process, you could refer to the following article:
