Are these two users in the same organization?
Do you mean you want user A(Teams call) call to user B's normal phones?
Is the user B's phone number from Microsoft or from third-party carrier?
If you want to send a call to a user's mobile and desk phones at the same time, you can configure call endpoints to both Teams and to a third-party Private Branch Exchange (PBX) or Session Border Controller (SBC).It needs configure direct routing. For more details about its process, you could refer to the following article:

Hi @Lukas Babinger
Thanks for your reply. I will check it and will update if there is any news about it.
Hi @Lukas Babinger
Not sure if it is the main reason of your problem, have you tried to plan direct routing for user B?
Yes, as soon as User B´s Phone Number is available in Teams, the call does not leave Teams anymore. So I think maybe I need to configure any attribute which tells Teams to route calls not only inside Teams, but also to the SBC.
@Lukas Babinger
Yes, i also have the same idea with you.
Do you have any idea which attribute it is? I checked all CSOnlineUser Attributes but couldn´t find the correct one.
