Only crawl one subsite

Hi,

I just wanted to know if there is a way to only crawl one particular subsite.

I have seen other threads about this but the question seem to be unanswered.

I have my self tried to create two crawl rules. The first in order includes my particular /subsite/* and the number 2 in order excludes the entire web app, https://.
But it doesn't work. Any one know how to accomplish this?

    @Daniel M ,

    Per my test, we cannot crawl only one subsite and exclude the entire site collection.

    Even though the crawl rules look fine, when a full crawl is run, the site collection(include the subsite) will not be crawled.

    As a workaroud, we suggest you create a new result resource to limit the search scope to subsite only via path:your subsite.
