Accessing the Autodiscover.xml

Hello,

Testing Exchange2019 on Windows Server 2022: after configuring autodiscovery I can't open the Autodiscover.xml file using a browser - it keeps asking login/password indefinitely...

...but have no problems testing autodiscover in Priasoft (and it doesn't matter whether the tested account is administrative or not):

What am I missing here? Should a user have some special permission to open the xml file in a browser?

Thank you in advance,
Michael

    Hi @Mikhail Firsov

Do you mean you installed your Exchange 2019 on Windows Server 2022? According to the official document, it's not the supported scenario. If so, I'm afraid that may be the cause.

    Hi @Mikhail Firsov

What's the result running below command? Did you have any issue configuring your account?

    Get-ClientAccessService | fl

Please access the address returned in the AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri, then check if you can see a page with Error 600

Oh,... no comments... I wanted to test the latest OS and didn't noticed it :) In this case it's rather strange that I had not any single issue with deploying Exchange 2019 in Windows 2022 AD and on WinServer2022.

P.S. I've managed to access xml file from DC:
