unable to acces files

Hi All

I am new to sharepoint online. One of my user has shared few documents to an external user but the external user is facing issue accessing the documents. i.e the user is not getting confirmation code. I am not sure how to fix it. Experts guide me.

Hi @Roger Roger ,

It is recommended that you should Junk Email or Spam folder to locate the verification message.
