User A's shared calendar not showing up in User B's Outlook (Outlook 365)

We are using Exchange Online with Office 365 on Windows 10 workstations. Outlook is NOT running in cached Exchange mode.

User A has made a new calendar in their mailbox, we'll call it New_Project. They have shared the calendar with User B and given them Edit permissions.

User B received the email, clicked Accept on the invite...but the calendar does not show up in their Outlook.

I also created a shared folder in my mailbox and invited User B with the same permissions. Upon accepting the invite they were able to see my calendar under Shared Calendars, but not New_Project from User A. I even had User A remove User B and add them again, sending another email invite, but with the same results.

I had User B log into OWA and they can see the calendar there fine, so it led me to think it's simply an Outlook issue (though why it only seems to affect User A's New_Project calendar escapes me). I created a new Outlook profile for User B but still had the same problem.

What other things can I try? Is there a way via Open Shared Calendar to specify which calendar to open in the other user's mailbox? As it stands User B can only open User A's normal calendar.

    Hi @Joe Grover

I have tried the same operation in my environment and using Outlook cached mode, it can work properly. So I would like to confirm are other users in your organization able to access New_Project or any other newly created calendar from User A after being granted right permission?

Please also use the command to verify the permission again:

    Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity ******@contoso.com:\New_Project

If the issue is related to User A, we could consider moving this user to another database/mailstore to repair the mailbox issue

    New-moverequest -Identity ******@contoso.com -baditemlimit 50

And according to the offical article Open another person's Exchange Calendar:
    Notes:
Even if the other person has created an additional calendar, you can open only the person's default Calendar.
