windows 11 does not show all files and folders on a remote disk

I have a Seagate disk drive attached to in home internet. This drive contains all our files and folders that we use all the time.

Coming from windows 8 where I could use them all the time until windows 10 and windows 11 where hardly any of the files are available and very few of the folders.
