Certification Transcript request

When I attempt to download my transcript/certification it tells me "Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support." Please let me know if any action on my part is required

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam results in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
