The logs displayed 3 BSOD.
There were two on 1/13 and one on 1/19
They were all bugcheck 113.
(The Microsoft DirectX graphics kernel subsystem has detected a violation.)
There were no misbehaving drivers identified in the debugging.
Please perform the following steps: (in sequence)
1) Upgrade the BIOS: M1UKT65A > > > 67A

2) Run the Lenovo automatic driver update: (report any updated drivers)

3) Run: (post share links into this thread)

4) Post images or share links for these settings:
a) startup and recovery system failure
b) virtual memory / page file
5) Download and install: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
(report any new driver installations)
6) With the above new settings the computer is optimally configured to create memory dump files for debugging
7) Run the Lenovo custom diagnostics (all boxes) overnight > post images or share links of the tests performed with results

8) For any new BSOD please run V2 and post a new share link into this thread
