Cannot find object LDTextWindow

I am trying to run a program that I wrote a few years ago. and I get this error msg: Cannot find object LDTextWindow when it encounters the line, LDTextWindow.Capture("C:\SB Folder\TSQ.jpg","") . I suspect I need the LitDev.dll and LitDev.xml files but I don't know how to install them. Any ideas?
