I am Going through PST Migration for 2 PST files using Azcopy Tool, I have a source(file) and SAS URL, i have executed the command and it says Transfer Successfull. when i try to Transfer file from Azure to o365 using below csv file, i get an error "pst file could not be found on Storage account" . I have logged into Azure storage explorer and not able to connect to Azure storage, Is it because there should be some role assigned for me to see the files uploaded to storage?
or is this the issue related to storage account or Azure Active Directory. Please help.

The only supported method for importing PST files to Microsoft 365 is to use the AzCopy tool, as described in this article. You can't use the Azure Storage Explorer to upload PST files directly to the Azure Storage area.

    Hi Mohammed Shakeeb,

I completely understand the challenges you're facing with the PST migration using the Azcopy tool. It must be frustrating to encounter an error stating that the PST file cannot be found in the storage account. But worry not, I'm here to assist you in finding a solution.

    1. Let's carefully double-check the accuracy of the file path mentioned in the CSV file. Sometimes, even a small error in the path can lead to such issues. So, it's crucial to ensure that the path is correctly specified.
    2. Next, let's verify your access permissions and roles in Azure storage. It's important to confirm that you have the necessary privileges to access and view the uploaded files. If you're unsure about your permissions, don't hesitate to reach out to your Azure administrator. They can help you confirm or assign the appropriate role to your account.
    3. Lastly, let's review the configuration of your storage account and the integration with Azure Active Directory (AAD). By doing so, we can rule out any potential issues related to the account setup.

I genuinely hope that these suggestions will help you overcome the challenges and complete your PST migration successfully. Please feel free to ask if you have any further questions or concerns.
