Teams Voice: Incoming missed calls via CQ do not have caller ID and can not be called back

We noticed recently that users getting all missed from the call queues without a called ID, rendering them unable to call those callers back.
Is this by design or is this an issue?

Do you mean all the missed calls will become unknown users and unknown numbers?
Due to the lack of the test environment, it is difficult for us to make sure if this is set by design. According to your picture, it look like this phenomenon is only happened in those Unknown users. Have you checked if anyone have the same problem in your organization?
What will be happened when you using Teams web client?
