Cannot add Teams App to developers portal

We cannot add our newly developed Teams App in the developers portal.
The application fails to start from the MS Teams Developer tool. It returns an error message related to the required permissions.
Could someone please assist us on this matter? Until then, we cannot release a new version of our Teams App.
