Disable Multiple concurrent RDP sessions on Azure Windows VM

Hi
I want license IBM SPSS statistics ver 28. on an Azure VM. Unfortunately, I get a license error "No licenses found for IBM SPSS Statistics 28. ErrCode=12 SubCode=88" eventhough I have a valid license. It does not happen when I deploy on physical machine.
The error might be due to the license type not authorized for use with multiple concurrent remote connection.

Is there anyway, I can disable the multiple concurrent remote connection to the VM and have if reflect in Windows 10 so I dont get the error or do I need to build a new VM?

Disable Multiple RDP Sessions :

1. Log into the server using Remote Desktop.
2. Open the start menu and type 'gpedit.msc' and open it
3. Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Connections.
4. Set Restrict Remote Desktop Services user to a single Remote Desktop Services session to Enabled.
