No, not with passwords. You can however enable and configure a Temporary Access Pass (TAP) as detailed here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/authentication/howto-authentication-temporary-access-pass
You can control it's duration (validity period) for up to 30 days.

Hello
I am an admin that creates new user account for the business. After the user account is created, we send notification for the new user to log in to our system.
Is there a way to Limit the amount of time that the account is active for the user to log in for the FIRST time?
Ex. User account is created – User has 3 days to login – if that user does not login, for the first time, in 3 days – that account is disabled, or password is no longer valid – a new request will have to be initiated to re-grant access.
