Outlook 2016 is disconnected suddenly. Auto discover is not working for O365

We are using Outlook 2016 to connect to O365 E-Mails. Suddenly some accounts which configured through auto-discover mode got disconnected and did not connect again.

New mailbox configuration is also not possible with auto-discover mode but can configure the same mailbox with IMAP setting manually without an issue.

No issue with E- Mailbox or any credentials hence we can access the same mailbox online ( From Browser ) with the same credentials without an issue.

Can someone give a solution for this, please?

    Hi @Sameera Rukshan

Could you please provide more information about your environment? Is your environment a cloud only or a hybrid one?

I fould some similar issue that unable to setup Office 365 mail account on Outlook 2016, you could try the below methods to solve this issue

    1. Use the SARA tool to help you check and recover your outlook issue, download here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/100607
    2. Sometimes disable IPv6 will be able to resolve this issue as well.
    3. Modify the Registry key like "ExcludeHttpsAutoDiscoverDomain"=dword:00000001 and 'ExcludeExplicitO365Endpoint'

Did you manage to find a solution. I had 4 users in 6 weeks that had the same thing. Only solution I found was the delete the windows profile. Just deleting the outlook profile was not enough.

When in outlook, it states its disconnected. And a screen keeps popping up, but it closes so fast that you only see the outline.... No idea of content.
