Cannot list GPU Information

We can list the GPU information under local DELL workstation by the API code - tf.config.list_physical_devices('gpu')
Problem:
But we can not list the GPU information under Microsoft Azure VM by same API code - tf.config.list_physical_devices('gpu')

Background:
We are doing Proof of Concept(POC) testing on Microsoft Azure platformProblems:
(1) We can list the GPU information under local DELL workstation by the API code - tf.config.list_physical_devices('gpu')
(2) But we CAN NOT list the GPU information under Microsoft Azure VM by same API code - tf.config.list_physical_devices('gpu')
(3) We just try to run the API code - tf.config.list_physical_devices('gpu') on stand-alone Azure Virtual VM in Azure Synapse workspace.
(4) Not any GPU cluster in Azure Synapse workspace yet so far.
(5) We try to run another API codes - <<tf.config.get_visible_devices>> & <<tf.config.list_logical_devices>> on stand-alone Azure Virtual VM in Azure Synapse workspace. But still failed.Reference link:
