Billing team should confirm for which logic app resource you are getting charged on your subscription. Once they confirm the resource URL and if you are unable to see them or previously deleted then there might be orphan resources and that's needs to be cleaned from the backend that are emitting the billing metrics. You can create the billing support ticket and if needed billing team will engage logic app team --> Logic app PG to clean the billing metrics. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.
