need computer group policy to check and install windows updates when it gets powered on

i'm looking for a group policy (computer or user, whichever will work) that will auto search for and install windows updates either when the computer is powered on or the User logs in to the machine.

i'm trying to cut down the time my team spends setting up a new PC or laptop, if they could just do the basics and after it's joined to the domain go get the updates immediately, that would be great. i already have GPO's that install applications as soon the the machine powers on.
