Consumption meters for Graph API billing

Question

On https://devblogs.microsoft.com/microsoft365dev/announcing-general-availability-of-microsoft-graph-export-api-for-microsoft-teams-messages/ it is specified that consumption meter charges for API usage will be enabled in CY22. Is there an estimated Month when this will be released? It is states that APIs owners will be charged. In case of ISV partners connecting to multiple tenants, will there be reports/invoice available to split the usage by tenant?

Please refer this documentation for more information about seeded capacity and consumption fees applicable for Microsoft Teams APIs licensing models : model=A, model=B and Evaluation mode. This documenation has been very recently updated by Microsoft and this is the latest information that we have at present. Microsoft will continue to publish more information on this in future.
