To reset the MMC display I suggest to clear the MMC's cache; go inside your profile there; C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MMC.
And delete the cache file associated with the dhcp

I have an issue where in my Manage authorized servers DHCP list is showing the incorrect checked DNS not seeing anything pointing to this. Any ideas on resetting this or ease of changing the ip in this list.

You should be able to Add Server to bring in and authorize the correct one.

Was able to actually fix it by Opening ADSI and using this article
