Can I use powershell to read all the profile info in our org can.delve.microsoft.com

We have out employees update their profile info in delve is there a way I can iterate through all and list there office and mobile numbers? the end goal is to write this data to their individual O365 profile as they cannot edit those for some reason.

or is there a way to just allow them to update their o365 profile?

    That doesn;t seem tom have anything to do with DELVE does it? I dont see any examples even when I select POWERSHELL.

    Does anyone have an example script they may have written?
