Windows 11 can be installed on most computers in a supported or unsupported fashion.

For the computer in the opening post it is by trial and error in the unsupported fashion.

While it can be installed there could be problems with performance.

So it's best to make free backup images:
(Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUS, Macrium, Paragon, etc.)

Then clean install WIndows 11 for testing purposes:

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/9230-download-windows-10-iso-file.html
    https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

Once testing has completed the Windows 10 can be restored.

    Hi @Amin Mokhtari ,

    the CPU "Intel Core i3 6006 U" isn't listed as a supported CPU for Windows 11: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors
The "Intel Core i3 6006 U" is a 6th generation Intel CPU. The 8th generation Intel CPUs are the minimum requirement for Windows 11.

    Hi @Amin Mokhtari ,

I haven't noticed any official/public announcements from Microsoft regarding a "new Windows 11 version with less requirements" so far.

Providing feedback to Microsoft via Feedback Hub app is the best option for everyone.

I installed with iso file in microsoft site.
I tested different software, the speed was very good. Windows 11 was faster than 10 for me. And the possibilities are so great and perfect, so very good, it's a pity I can't use it all the time.
The software I tested were Photoshop 2022, AutoCAD 2022, Tekla and Office 2021 and all was good speed.
