Windows 11 can be installed on most computers in a supported or unsupported fashion.
For the computer in the opening post it is by trial and error in the unsupported fashion.
While it can be installed there could be problems with performance.
So it's best to make free backup images:
(Acronis, Aoemi, EaseUS, Macrium, Paragon, etc.)
Then clean install WIndows 11 for testing purposes:

Once testing has completed the Windows 10 can be restored.
