Hi,

We have been getting Failed to start virtual machine errors with NVv4 SKU machines.

Error:
We do not have sufficient capasity for the requested VM size. ( NVv4).
This have come randomly now for 3 months already. and we cannot use assigned VM Quota. MS only recommends to us NVv3.

When these critical capacity issues would be resolved in Central India?

    Good day Juha-Pekka Pasanen,

    This issue is well documented. Please follow the Troubleshoot document here:

    @Pentti8080hq ,
    To verify your current quota, please see the steps by clicking https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/networking/check-usage-against-limits. Please be sure the select the “show all” filter to see the allocated quota. When I checked within my subscription, I don't see NVSv3 or NVSV4, but I find it in US WEST.

    I request you to raise a support request to increase the quota. In the past, I have to increase the HBv3 series from 20 cores to 50 cores and I did it by raising a support ticket.

    Hope this information helps.
