Power Apps Portals - Advanced Forms - Form Dies after 2 tabs

I am using an Advanced Form (aka Web Form) to input data into several tables, by loading entity forms for each tab/step. I want to break the Advanced Form into 5 or so steps, with each step filling out a tab of one of the entity forms. However, when I set this up and open the Advanced Form on a webpage, the form goes blank on the 3rd step and doesn't allow me to proceed or go back to the previous step.

    Power apps is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Power apps actively monitors questions over at
