Hi,
When I try to search a word in Microsoft Word it only finds the word if I write it case-sensitive, even when the Match case option is unchecked.
I tried checking it, search a word, then uncheck it and search again, still doesn't work.
I tried to uncheck it and press "Set As Default", close all Word windows, nothing works.
The search option used to be non-case-sensitive, and only now it started to be case-sensitive.
How do I make non-case-sensitive again?
Thanks
**Update - When I checked again two days later it all came back to normal, even with the same Word document. Didn't try to change or fix anything.

Hi @Liran G
Welcome to Q&A forum ~
Does this issue occur with all Word documents?
Please create a new blank Word document to have a check.
I suggest you run Word in Safe Mode to check this issue.
You can press and hold on Ctrl key, open Word app, until Word ask you if open Safe Mode, please click Yes and release Ctrl.
Then you can open one document, check the Find feature.
If this issue does not occur with Safe Mode, an add-in is the most likely culprit.
Please also refer to JohnKorchok's suggestion to repair Office.
Any updates welcome to post back.
