All was fine until i upgraded to windows10 2004 version. I see below bug check that seems to come from TCPIP.sys - csrss.exe.

I use AMD mother board and seems the chipset drivers for intel gigabit lan is not available just yet for this windows version
https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X570-AORUS-PRO-rev-10/support#support-dl-driver-lan

Likewise i read Intel NIC drivers and Windows 2004 are broken for a some time now, and probably they are twiddling their thumbs? https://community.intel.com/t5/Ethernet-Products/Does-Intel-know-that-the-up-and-coming-Windows-10-2004-20H1-has/td-p/631243/page/2

Can someone please correct me and suggest what can do next?
Checked RAM, HD, driver updates etc

    Hi,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Try following methods for trouble-shooting :
1 . Try disable 3rd party antivirus software and check to see if you can fix the error.

2 . System File Checker will auto replace System Files including CSRSS.EXE.
Run following command in an elevated Command Prompt
    SFC/Scannow

3 . Keep the system updated
Check the available security patches and system updates in Settings --> Update&Security --> check for updates

4 . Update drivers for graphics cards and network cards

I also find a similar case and you can refer to the link below:
