AD User?computer License(CAL) Dell

I would like to know does Dell workstations come with Cals? I want to create a vm server and run AD on a VM?

I do know that some dell products do come with CALS? We will have 1 host server running Windows Data Center and one AD server Windows Standard and one Windows Server. all will be 2019.

    Some server licenses come with 5 windows Cals. You'll need to check your documentation or ask Dell what came with your purchase.
