How to apply ESU3 licenses on 2008r2 servers

Hello,

I have a KMS server to which the 2008r2 ESU2 servers are currently connected (although I'm not sure if these 2008r2 servers took extended ESU2 licenses from this kms server). I would like to apply ESU 3 on these servers. I will add that the 2008r2 servers with ESU2 and the KMS server do not have internet connection. I would be grateful for presenting the license upgrade process to ESU3 in my environment step by step.
