Problem for my Microsoft account to get Windows 10 ProductKey and Office Apps

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a student of University Duisburg-Essen, and am writing to ask why I could not get the ProductKey of Win 10 by using my University Email address.

It is difficult to describe the problem, so that I save two pictures below.

I have visited the technical team of my Uni, and they told me that I should contact service of Microsoft group. In this case, I am willing to ask for help and receive your reply.

@deyu zhang , Could you please click on ""More events in the activity Log" in the above screen where the error "Terms Acceptance Failed." is shown . Once you are there , you will see detailed information on the error . Could you please post that information and we will help you further on this.
