Hi,
I am aware as to how to configure but to do so in every Workstation IE / Chrome or any browser would be very laborious and waste of time. Is there any GPO which would configure the same rather then going to individual PCs and configuring. ?
2nd thing - My appliance requires port # to be specified i.e. in Browser need to specify port # X.X.X.X:8090. Now when I try to configure Kerberos authentication for my appliance using port number in IE, IE removes port # from the IP and only adds the IP. So if I try to browse any site on IE or Chrome, it does not work .
Any idea.

You can find the policy at:
Userconfiguration> Preferences > Control Panel Settings > Internet Settings > enable Integrated Windows Authentication
In this case, the port is removed, as the system will enable the authentication for the IP/domain independantly from which port the traffic is inbound/outbound.

Here I am not able to add site since under Security-Local Intranet- Site Option is greyed. I am not able to add.
The explanation is fine but what if the solution is not working. I need to have IP:Port combination to check if it works else there is no use of Kerberos Authentication. Shall I continue to ask questions or shall I close it if there is no valid solution. Please advise.
