Cannot delete AAD b2c tenant, enterprise applications keep throwing an error

Question

I am doing some cleanup on existing tenants I have and I am unable to delete existing B2C tenants I have created, as they keep throwing an error on "Enterprise Applications". When I go into the enterprise applications tab in that tenant, there is nothing listed -- but there are a whole host of Microsoft first party applications I can't delete.

Any help on this? I would greatly appreciate it. I have seen some powershell to log in and recursively delete everything, my only issue is that it only logs me into my main tenant when doing a sign-in, so I want to make sure I'm targeting the correct tenant altogether.
