Honestly, there is no report about this issue. The information you provided, it is a supported device. It is suggested to try some actions:
- Please uninstall Company portal. Then restart the device and install the app from App store again.
- Re-enroll the device.
- Check if the error message still occurs when connecting the company access to your personal device for using Intune company portal.
