All files and Folders not showing in file explorer in sharepoint 2019

Dear,

I am facing this issues from long time, firstly how to copy 100's of files, folders and sub folders from sharepoint document library to my desktop machine. When i got an option to create a network drive, now there is a new issue. ALl the files and folders in sub folders are not showing in my File Explorer, i am using admin account.

Hi, would you like to say a bit more about your issue? Do you map the network drive to your SharePoint library like this? It is talking about SharePoint Online but the process is almost the same. For the part "ALl the files and folders in sub folders are not showing in my File Explorer", do you mean you can see all the contents in the root folder level, and nothing shows up when you goes to a sub-folder? And you are able to view all the contents in the SharePoint library in your browser? Would you like to test with another library and see if the issue remains? One more thing, what is the version of your farm? Also, there is another option of using OneDrive to sync. However it takes some time and efforts on deploying.

@Jerry Xu-MSFT Yes its because of the Folder and subfolder name with File explorer URL. The windows 10 support folder structure upto 244 characters but in sharepoint the url more then 244 character show subfolder empty.

I am having the same issue. Is there a fix or workaround?

Just to confirm: Online Sharepoint files exist but not in File Explorer
