Disabled uac cant enable it again

Im not really that advanced into computers so i thought C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /k %windir%\System32\reg.exe ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f was gonna disable the password but it obviusly didnt and now i cant run cmd as a admin to enable it again,

Please help

(Also i want to do it without resetting windows or any password and i cant open any app that requires uac to change something so im kinda stuck)
