Hi all,

I have setup remote assistance.

We have a multi tenant situation where we have 6 domains and 1 management domain. We will call the management domain domain A. For all my tenants MSRA seems to work but I have a problem in domain B.

I have created the Helper group on domain B and have added users from domain A to this group. This works for the accounts of our infrastructure team but not for out helpdesk users they are also a member of this group.

After checking the event viewer I see this message: 167895-microsoftteams-image-3.png if I use my infrastructure team account I have no problem at all.

I hope you guys can help me

    Hi there,

You need to make sure that the helpers are in this format

    domain_name\user_name
    domain_name\group_name

Check if the terminal services are allowed through group policy as well as remote assistance runs through TS.

Here's a link to the step by step guide for remote assistance

Here is a thread as well that discusses the same issue and you can try out some troubleshooting steps from this and see if that helps you to sort the Issue.
